Soleo Health in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Therapy Care Specialist to support our specialty pharmacy team. You will coordinate patient care, oversee dispense logistics under a pharmacist's supervision, and ensure timely deliveries for specialty infusion patients.

The role requires a NC-licensed pharmacy technician with strong customer service, data capture, and scheduling experience; in-office, full-time schedule, and focus on coordinated care across the patient care continuum.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed/Registered Pharmacy Technician in North Carolina.
• Prior home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling deliveries for Specialty Infusion Pharmacy patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for specialty patients and coordinate medication dispense and delivery.
• Capture assessment data, determine supply needs, and schedule deliveries.
• Run daily and weekly pharmacy reports as needed.
• Answer phones, monitor faxes, and manage refill queues.
• Send orders to physicians for signature.
