Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Therapy Care Specialist to support our specialty infusion pharmacy in Morrisville, NC. The role operates 100% in-office under supervision of a Pharmacist to coordinate patient care and oversee medication logistics.

Must hold a North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license; PTCB/NHA certification preferred. Prior home infusion experience is valued, with a schedule of Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm CST, in-office.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home infusion, compounding and/or specialty pharmacy required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Registered/Licensed Pharmacy Technician license for North Carolina
• PTCB/NHA Certification preferred
• Prior experience scheduling patient refill deliveries; home infusion preferred
• Customer service/patient services experience

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for specialty patients and coordinate timely medication dispense
• Capture assessment data and schedule deliveries under pharmacist supervision
• Run daily/weekly pharmacy reports as needed
• Answer phones, monitor faxes, and manage refill queues
• Coordinate insurance coverage and authorizations with billing staff
• Document patient interactions and coordination in the system
