Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and grow the brand’s organic social presence. You will shape voice, craft platform-specific content, and drive engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or related field.
• 5+ years of professional social media experience managing multiple channels.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
• Experience with publishing and analytics tools such as Sprout Social.
• Solid understanding of social analytics, algorithms, audience development.
• Experience working with influencers or strategic social partnerships.
• Excellent writing skills and adaptable tone per platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the social strategy and lead an organic program to grow awareness and engagement.
• Define and maintain an authentic voice across every social channel.
• Create platform-specific approaches for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube.
• Lead planning and development of social-first campaigns and engaging posts.
• Develop strategies to foster conversation and long-term audience growth.
• Monitor trends, platform changes and emerging formats to inform ideas.
• Identify and manage relationships with creators and brand advocates.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute concepts.
• Coordinate on-site shoots and behind-the-scenes content opportunities.
• Manage content calendar and capitalize on spontaneous opportunities.
• Track performance and analyze data to optimize content.
• Protect the conversation and respond thoughtfully when needed.
• Mentor a Social Media Coordinator and foster new ideas.
