Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Lima, OH, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive SLP services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess, plan and implement therapy for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, while documenting progress and collaborating with the care team.

Requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure; CCC-SLP preferred or required. Travel is minimal. Competitive salary and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state SLP licensure in good standing.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or required by site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients for speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provides therapy to improve communication and swallowing in daily life.
• Maintains documentation of evaluations and treatment plans as per policy.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
