Camping World in Surprise, AZ, seeks a Call Center Representative / Sales Development Rep for a full-time, in-office role. You will nurture prospects and drive appointments, using CRM tools to manage leads and outcomes.

You will engage customers, follow scripts, meet activity targets, and collaborate with the sales team to convert interest into sales while maintaining satisfaction and brand standards. VinSolutions experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Results oriented with strong drive to achieve sales goals.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Effective time management and ability to meet targets.
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized.
• Prior CRM experience and data-entry discipline.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects from first contact through post-sale support.
• Generate appointments and drive traffic using outbound calls and other lead-gen techniques.
• Communicate with prospects to understand needs and provide information on RV products/services.
• Utilize scripts and talking points for calls.
• Make 8–10 outbound calls per hour to schedule sales appointments.
• Record and manage customer data, appointments, and sales interactions in the CRM.
• Stay aligned with marketing campaigns to leverage promotions and lead generation.
• Track personal performance metrics and continuously improve with coaching.
