Responsibilities

• Manage buyer and seller transactions from contract through closing.
• Audit transactions for missing information, signatures, and issues.
• Enter and monitor key dates in Salesforce, SkySlope, and Dotloop.
• Ensure timely completion and distribution of documents and amendments.
• Coordinate electronic signatures and maintain compliant files.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements.
