Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience training, coaching, or developing others in a professional setting.
• Strong working knowledge of project financials: budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and coach field engineers and project personnel on processes, controls, and systems.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training with live instruction and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Serve as subject matter expert on project controls standards and guides.
