Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of construction experience as a Heavy Civil Project Manager or senior Project Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Field Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on company processes and project controls.
• Teach project financials: budget development, cost forecasting, cost reporting, and month-end close.
• Build and maintain training materials, reference guides, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Lead onboarding for new project personnel and verify training effectiveness.
• Serve as SME on the WW Clyde Project Management Guide and project controls standards.
• Review month-end project reporting for accuracy and guide teams on training needs.
• Develop and maintain project control plans for schedule, budget, forecast, and scope.
• Create project reporting tools: progress, budget, forecasts, and risk reporting.
• Oversee new project setup and closeout as training opportunities.
• Drive adoption of new processes and troubleshoot system issues.
