Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma.
• Associate degree in accounting preferred.
• Minimum four years of experience in an accounting department.
• Billing experience, preferably in a project-related environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, submission, and validation of timesheets and expenses.
• Execute monthly client billing and subcontractor invoice cycles.
• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and CFO regarding work status and issues.
• Ensure accuracy of employee and project data in the accounting system and authorize only eligible employees.
• Back-up for Accounting as needed (A/R, A/P, inventory, supplies, maintenance).
