Job summary

You will process invoices, monitor subcontractor pay apps, maintain scheduling of values, and support job cost analyses while ensuring compliance with MCC standards. Strong organizational skills and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent accounting experience required.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process material and subcontractor invoices for input into the ERP.
• Review subcontractor pay applications and communicate irregularities to project management.
• Prepare and process Owner billings on schedules of values per contract.
• Maintain AP/AR processes and assist in project cost controls.
• Support project close-out and documentation.
