Qualifications

• Licensed to write Property & Casualty insurance in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience in insurance sales or customer service.
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Understand products and best practices to support retention.
• Discuss product offerings with potential customers.
• Work efficiently while remaining thorough and accurate.
• Provide elite customer service to our loyal customer base.
• Follow agency standards for agency management system maintenance.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of insurance products and services.
