Hilb Group in Bellville, TX is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our in-office agency. You will report locally and grow with a team focused on retention and exceptional service.

You’ll discuss policy options with clients, maintain accurate records in the agency management system, and support growth by expanding current accounts. The role requires a TX Property & Casualty license, a HS diploma (Bachelor’s degree a plus), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Licensed to write Property & Casualty insurance in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a plus.
• Previous Insurance sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Highly motivated, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with Windows-based computer applications.
• A strong attention to detail and strive to be error free.
• Self-starter that is able to complete tasks independently.
• Reliable and timely attendance day in and day out.

Responsibilities

• Understanding products, procedures and best practices to remain focused on retention
• Discussing product offerings with potential customers
• Able to work efficiently while remaining thorough and accurate
• Providing elite customer service to our loyal customer base
• Follow agency standards related to agency management system maintenance
• Continuing to maintain and develop knowledge of Insurance products and services
• Supporting efforts to increase growth through the rounding out of current accounts
