Hilb Group is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Hubbard, TX. This in-office position focuses on retention, client service, and growth within existing accounts. You will collaborate with the agency to understand and discuss insurance products and services with clients.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Currently licensed in Texas, with a strong customer service background, you will support

Qualifications

• Licensed to write Property & Casualty insurance in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a plus.
• Previous Insurance sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Highly motivated, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Reliable and timely attendance day in and day out.

Responsibilities

• Understand products, procedures and best practices to retain clients.
• Discuss product offerings with potential customers.
• Provide elite customer service to our loyal client base.
• Maintain agency management system and follow standards.
• Grow relationships through rounding out current accounts.
