The Hilb Group, LLC in Bellville, TX is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager for our in-office team. You will manage client accounts, discuss policy options, and maintain strong service standards to support retention and growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Property & Casualty license in Texas, with a high school diploma and preferably a bachelor’s degree, plus experience in insurance sales or service. This role emphasizes organization, teamwork, and reliable daily attendance.

Formación

• Licensed to write Property & Casualty insurance in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a plus.
• Previous insurance sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Highly motivated, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with Windows-based computer applications.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and strive to be error free.
• Self-starter capable of completing tasks independently.
• Reliable and timely attendance day in and day out.

Responsabilidades

• Understanding products, procedures and best practices to retain clients.
• Discussing product offerings with potential customers.
• Work efficiently while remaining thorough and accurate.
• Providing elite customer service to our loyal customer base.
• Follow agency standards related to agency management system maintenance.
• Continuing to develop knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Support efforts to grow by rounding out current accounts.
