Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to manage full-cycle payroll processing for a multi-entity organization in Greenwood Village, CO. You will handle ADP payroll for roughly 200 employees across multiple entities and support broader accounting functions during month-end close.

This in-office role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of accounting experience, with strong journal entry and reconciliation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar highly preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience required.
• Proven understanding of journal entries and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for ~200 employees using ADP.
• Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies before payroll close.
• Manage payroll integrations for bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile GL accounts.
• Support month-end close across payroll and related accounts.
• Assist on ERP-related initiatives and data cleanup.
