Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant for Greenwood Village, CO (in-office) to manage full-cycle payroll processing and support broader accounting functions across a multi-entity organization.

You will handle payroll processing in ADP, audit timecards, and assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and cross-functional accounting tasks while ensuring accurate records and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar highly preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience required.
• Proven understanding of journal entries and account reconciliations; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle, biweekly payroll in ADP for ~200 employees across multiple entities.
• Audit timecards for accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies before payroll closes.
• Create payroll journal entries for month-end close and tie-out payroll with GL.
