Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a positive experience for patients, educating them on products and services, handling concerns, and processing orders in a high-volume setting. You will support patients and healthcare professionals through inbound and outbound calls, using product knowledge to assist ordering and inquiries.

The role requires strong communication, 1–2 years in customer service, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and navigating multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills to resolve patient concerns, with soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals.
• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s.
• Perform other duties as required.
