Job summary

Crafty, LLC is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate I to serve as the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program for a San Francisco client. You will handle merchandising, inventory, equipment maintenance, and on-site documentation, delivering friendly, reliable service each shift.

This full-time, hourly role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with compensation targeted at $24 to $26 per hour. We offer health benefits, 401k, PTO, snacks, and opportunities to grow with a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in fast-paced environments like food & beverage, hospitality, or retail.
• Past roles such as Sous Chef, Barista, Host/Server, or Office/Store Manager are relevant.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own clients’ office kitchens and pantries, manage stock and rotations.
• Client Partnership: build relationships with clients and Crafty teammates onsite.
• Maintenance + Inventory: machine upkeep, quality checks, inventory and budget tasks.
• Process Documentation: create and update site guides and SOPs for consistency.
• Communication: relay location needs and safety concerns to management.
