Job summary

Crafty in San Francisco is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate to lead on-site pantry operations for our client locations. You will merchandise spaces, manage inventory, handle routine machine maintenance, and ensure safe, organized environments.

This full-time, hourly role requires early start times (6:00 AM or 9:00 AM) and mobility to lift boxes. You’ll collaborate with client teams, uphold service standards, and implement process improvements to boost client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own client kitchens and pantries, perform shelf organization and rotations.
• Engage with clients onsite to deliver high-quality service with support from a manager.
• Maintain machines (coffee, kegerators), perform quality checks, manage inventories.
• Communicate location needs or safety concerns and complete pre/post route paperwork.
