Job summary

Crafty, a leader in workplace food and beverage services, is hiring for an on-site Food & Beverage Associate in New York, NY. This full-time, hourly role supports one NYC client, Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, focusing on merchandising, inventory, and exceptional client service across office kitchens and pantries.

The position emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and teamwork, with growth opportunities in operations and customer success.

Qualifications

On-site role in NYC; full-time hourly position.
Ability to download and use the Crafty app on a mobile device.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 50% of the shift.
Strong communication, reliability, resilience, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

Merchandising: own client offices and pantries, manage storage rooms, perform expiration checks and rotations.
Customer Service: engage with clients and Crafty team onsite to deliver high-quality service.
Maintenance + Inventory: service machines (coffee, kegerators), perform quality checks and complete inventory tasks.
Communication: report location needs or safety concerns and complete pre/post route paperwork.
