Job summary

Crafty’s Seattle Food & Beverage Associates support the on-site Concierge pantry program, leading client-site execution and product merchandising while coordinating inventory and equipment management.

This full-time, first-shift role (7:00am–4:00pm PT) emphasizes strong client service, attention to detail, and teamwork to deliver exceptional on-site experiences across Crafty’s client offices in the Seattle area.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client kitchens and pantries, manage storage, rotate products and check expirations.
• Customer Service: engage with clients onsite and deliver high-quality service with manager support.
• Maintenance + Inventory: perform routine equipment checks and inventory tasks (budget, quality).
• Communication: report location needs and safety concerns; complete pre/post route paperwork.
