Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting, implementing, testing, or troubleshooting business software.
• Ability to reproduce and clearly document complex software issues.
• Comfort working with APIs, integrations, databases, logs, test environments, and related technical tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM/PSA/accounting systems is a plus.
• Prior QuoteWerks experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep working knowledge of QuoteWerks, including architecture, workflows, configuration, integrations, and customer environments.
• Perform hands-on product validation of new features, bug fixes, integrations, and workflows.
• Escalate and investigate complex issues, reproduce problems, gather diagnostics, and communicate findings.
• Work with Development to validate fixes and test across relevant environments and integrations.
• Maintain access, tools, test environments, VMs, and resources for issue reproduction.
• Develop expertise in QuoteWerks CRM, PSA, accounting, distributor, API, and related integrations.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues crossing multiple teams and customer environments.
• Communicate product changes to Support and Training teams, including rationale and troubleshooting notes.
• Assist Sales with technically complex prospects, demonstrations, and product questions.
• Identify recurring issues and surface improvement opportunities for product, docs, training, or processes.
• Serve as a technical product resource to reduce knowledge silos and share information widely.
• Document technical findings and troubleshooting approaches for reuse across the organization.
