Job summary

InterWorks, a tech consultancy, seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to support the IT Services sales team. You will build and manage quotes, handle deal registrations, and own renewals for client agreements and subscriptions to protect retention and drive expansion.

You'll work with vendors, distributors and multiple InterWorks teams, requiring strong process discipline, attention to detail, and clear communication to keep the sales cycle running smoothly.

• Manage vendor and distributor relationships as main contact for deals and resources.
• Communicate clearly with vendors and InterWorks teams to resolve issues in the sales cycle.
• Identify improvements to operations as we scale.
