Job summary

Alpine Power Systems is seeking an in-office Operations Analyst to join our Redford, Michigan team. This full-time role supports service operations and scheduling, maintains work order notes, and ensures timely close-out paperwork with the Service Manager and field technicians.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM tools, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Technologically savvy with MS Office and advanced Excel features such as pivot tables and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional tone in varied contexts.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM software and remote support tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of Salesforce and support service territories.
• Manage service job backlog and workflow notes to drive completion.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and Technicians to ensure timely close-out paperwork.
• Assist scheduling and dispatch of service appointments to technicians.
• Support operational needs: labor, vehicles, tooling, and equipment.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for service territories.
• Report monthly WIP for service territories and drive customer satisfaction.
• Produce accurate work and communicate professionally across teams.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks to support customers as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
