Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. seeks a Mitigation Billing & Xactimate Coordinator to join our Arnold, MD office. You will translate field documentation into precise Xactimate estimates to accelerate billing for water, fire and mold mitigation jobs.

In this in‑office role, you will collaborate with Project Managers and field crews, ensure completeness of job files, and prepare invoices while maintaining organized records and timely billing.

Qualifications

• Restoration/billing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Xactimate/software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Write Xactimate estimates for water, fire and mold mitigation jobs.
• Build estimates from field scopes, photos, measurements and job documentation.
• Review completed job files for missing information.
• Work with Project Managers and field staff when additional information is needed.
• Make estimate revisions and corrections when necessary.
• Track completed mitigation jobs through the billing process.
• Prepare and send invoices.
• Complete required insurance and program documentation.
• Keep job notes and files organized and up to date.
• Follow up internally on jobs that are missing information or waiting to be billed.
