Responsibilities

• Functions as first contact liaison to medical students, residents, and fellows entering Regional One Health.
• Liaises between Regional One Health and affiliated medical schools.
• Supports Chief Medical Officer to ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and maintain oversight of medical student and house-staff rotations.
• Organizes orientation for medical students, residents, and fellows and monitors educational materials.
• Coordinates onboarding and access to ROH’s electronic medical record.
• Prepares quarterly reports to Medical Staff Executive Committee.

JOB SUMMARYThe Program Coordinator, Medical Education manages the day-to-day operations related to house-staff (residents and fellows) and medical student rotations. The incumbent works with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to maintain oversight and compliance with all accrediting and regulatory bodies in support of medical student and house-staff rotations.
