Townsquare Media Group is hiring a driven Account Executive to join our Market sales team in Atlantic City and surrounding markets. This in-office, full-time role focuses on building and managing a book of business, bringing in new clients while nurturing existing accounts.

You will close deals across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships, with a strong emphasis on consultative sales and relationship management. Expect competitive pay and clear paths for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
