Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in New Jersey is hiring an Account Executive to join our Shore sales team. This is a full‑time, in‑office role focused on building and managing a book of business, closing deals, and delivering strategic marketing solutions for local businesses.

You’ll prospect, qualify, and present campaigns across broadcast and digital platforms, collaborate with internal teams, and drive long‑term client relationships to meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
