Job summary

Townsquare Interactive is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive to drive digital marketing solutions for local SMBs in the Atlantic City market. You will prospect, cold-call, and close new business in your territory, while collaborating with radio sellers to expand digital revenue across client accounts.

The role emphasizes in-person selling, a strong closing track record, and a high-energy, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of success in B2B sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
• Confidence in managing a local territory and closing in-person sales.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call to generate new B2B opportunities in your local territory.
• Schedule and lead in-person consultations with business decision-makers.
• Deliver customized marketing solutions that address client needs and drive results.
• Partner with radio sellers to expand digital revenue within shared client accounts.
• Coach and support Account Executives on digital strategy and co-selling best practices.
• Set, track, and exceed individual and market sales goals alongside your Sales Director.
