GreenStone Farm Credit Services seeks a dedicated Loan Processor to support our agriculture lending team. You will handle loan documentation, collect data, coordinate with staff, and ensure accuracy to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

In this role, you will maintain relationships with borrowers, clear conditions, and assist with closings while working a consistent M-F schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm in-office. Prior mortgage/loan experience is valued.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2+ years customer service or office experience preferred.

Mansioni

• From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings, your role will touch every aspect of the loan process to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for clearing any approval conditions as outlined by legal or credit.
• Assist with data entry, loan servicing, and coordinating with loan officers and borrowers to clear exceptions prior to closing.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service in daily interactions.
