Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Loan Processor to be the cornerstone of our customer-focused service for the agriculture segment. You will coordinate loan documentation, help borrowers, and work closely with our association staff to ensure accurate processing.

This role offers a stable 8am-4:30pm schedule, an in-office location in St. John's, and a Total Rewards package including vacation, sick days, holidays, a 401(k) match, wellness subsidies, education

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years customer service or office experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, coordinate, and upload documentation for loan closings.
• Clear approval conditions as outlined by legal or credit.
• Assist with data entry, loan servicing, and title commitments.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
• Interact with borrowers and loan officers to clear exceptions before closing.
