Job summary

CMG Financial in Franklin, TN is seeking an In-Office Loan Officer Assistant to support a Loan Officer through the loan process. You will be the main client contact from application to closing, ensuring follow-ups and important details stay on track.

The role requires in-office presence at the Franklin branch. Candidates should be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable learning new systems; mortgage knowledge is a plus, with prior admin experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in-office at our Franklin, TN branch.
• Personable, positive, and professional when working with coworkers, clients, and partners.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to learn new technology and become comfortable using new systems and tools.
• Marketing experience or an interest in learning marketing is highly preferred.
• Mortgage and/or real estate knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Previous administrative assistant or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Loan Officer’s day-to-day tasks.
• Respond to emails from clients and business partners.
• Answer and route calls during business hours.
• Organize and maintain the Loan Officer’s pipeline.
• Assist with borrower communication and follow-up.
• Help collect outstanding documents from clients.
• Keep files, tasks, and follow-ups organized throughout the loan process.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, social media, and events.
• Visit communities, builders, real estate offices, and referral partners as needed.
