Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for borrowers during the loan process.
• Collect required documentation and ensure timely submission.
• Provide regular updates to borrowers, Realtors, title companies and others.
• Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, appraisers, title companies and closing agents.
• Monitor milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records in the LOS and prepare status reports.
• Support relationship management with Realtors, builders, and past clients.
• Assist with marketing and database management as needed.
