Job summary

CMG Financial is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support a Loan Officer throughout the loan process, from application to closing, ensuring a smooth client experience. You will coordinate with clients, collect documents, order third‑party services, review income and AUS, and help manage the pre‑approved pipeline to optimize closure rates.

Spanish speaking is a plus; an active NMLS license is required or sponsorship is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mortgage industry experience.
• Active NMLS license is required; sponsorship available if not possessed.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.

Responsibilities

• Order initial third-party services (appraisals, title, verification of employment).
• Manage pre-approved pipeline to maximize capture rates.
• Collect and review client documentation.
• Review income calculations and AUS.
• Submit loan documentation to processing from ratification to close.
• Gather loan agent PTD and PTF conditions.
• Submit requests for Rapid Rescores when needed.
