Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in administrative support or mortgage environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify deals using diverse lead sources.
• Develop and maintain a network of business relationships for lending opportunities.
• Interview applicants, collect financials, and assess creditworthiness for various loan products.
• Ensure reports are completed accurately and filed on time.
• Assist Loan Originators with scheduling and communications.
