This in-office role requires hands-on hardware/software support, problem resolution, and strong communication. You’ll maintain systems, document outcomes, and contribute to ongoing improvements in a fast-paced MSP setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years experience troubleshooting hardware/software systems.
• Minimum 3 years experience in software and technical systems customer service.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Windows server maintenance, configuration and support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems.
• College degree in technology field or professional certification.
• Remote IT systems and peripherals troubleshooting preferred.
• Knowledge of remote management tools, ticketing, backups and networking gear.
• Work well with minimal supervision, individually and in a team.
