Job summary

CIO Solutions is seeking a Support Specialist to handle technical tasks for clients from our San Luis Obispo office. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, collaboration with teammates, and hands-on problem solving in an in-office setting.

You will diagnose and fix computer and network issues, perform hardware upgrades, and document outcomes while ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in hardware/software technical systems troubleshooting and support.
• Minimum 3 years experience in software and technical systems customer service and support.
• 2+ years experience in Windows server maintenance, configuration and support.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft operating systems.
