Job summary

Himmel’s Architectural Door and Hardware in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. You will sell door and hardware products to walk-in and phone customers, with a schedule Monday–Thursday 7am–4:30pm and Friday 7am–3:30pm.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, answering inquiries by email/phone/chat, and ensuring smooth sales transactions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; reliable in handling calls, emails and chats.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with door and hardware product or service needs by explaining features and referring service calls.
• Answer questions and send information regarding Himmel’s products via email, chat or phone.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure smooth sales transactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
