Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and transfer as needed; take detailed messages.
• Assist with AP duties including data entry and invoice routing.
• Process order acknowledgments for business units; scan and file documents.
• Assist with AR duties and payments; scan and forward invoices.
• Greet visitors and manage front desk; maintain reception area cleanliness.
• Serve as central contact for internal and external inquiries; support departments.
• Onboard new employees and set up phones, extensions, and computers as needed.
• Support Business Unit Manager and uphold company standards.
