Securitas USA in Omaha, NE seeks an Human Resources Generalist to support the local office. This role handles recruitment, onboarding, training, licensing compliance, employee investigations, benefits, and leave management in a fast-paced environment.

You will work 100% in office, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate records and responsive service to staff. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have HR/recruiting experience (at least 1 year).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support training and state licensing compliance.
• Handle employee investigations and benefits administration.
• Assist with union matters and employment verifications.
• Manage leave of absences and other HR tasks as needed.
• Provide high-quality service to staff.
