Job summary

Compass Career Solutions, sister company to Dungarvin, is seeking a dedicated Supportive Housing Case Manager to support homeless individuals and families with case management and life skills development. The role involves in-office work, community outreach, and occasional home visits in the Olympia area.

The position offers a $1,500 retention bonus for eligible hires and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, 401(k), PTO, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social services or related field with at least 1 year experience in coordinating supportive housing or independent living services.
• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in coordinating supportive housing or independent living services.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Proficient in reading, writing, and documenting care and plans

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and interviews to determine eligibility.
• Develop and update action plans and case notes.
• Provide ongoing life skills development to improve independence.
• Document care and follow support plans accurately.
• Coordinate referrals to medical, mental health, and community services.
• Travel within area to assist clients and provide transportation as needed.
