Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm client trip logistics efficiently.
• Set up ground handling and customs for trips.
• Learn and communicate permit requirements for overflights/landings.
• Arrange ground transportation and hotel for crew.
• Maintain professional relations with clients.
• Respond promptly to client questions.
• Process new trips and changes to existing trips.
• Maintain company image and protect quality reputation.
• Coordinate with personnel and management.
• Attend required meetings and perform related duties.
• Adhere to opening and closing procedures; keep area secure.
• Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
