Job summary

First American in Minnetonka, MN is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support our escrow team in a fast-paced office environment. You will assist with opening orders, reading title commitments, and clearing title to move closings forward.

You will communicate with customers throughout the escrow process, interpret agreements, and use multiple technologies to facilitate smooth transactions and a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years escrow-related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office and adaptive to escrow software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders and reading title commitments.
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and ensure a great customer experience.
