Qualifications

• Experience in Windows & Microsoft environments is required.
• Prior experience in a customer-service role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support for software and hardware issues.
• Set up and test workstations and laptops; maintain images for consistency.
• Coordinate hardware repairs with outside vendors and manage equipment assets.
• Support conference room technology and remote employees as needed.
