Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
• Preferred: Call center, office, or collections experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service over the phone.
• Communicate with consumers regarding account information and payment options.
• Follow approved communication guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist consumers in establishing payment arrangements and identifying payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document call activity thoroughly.
