Job summary

Ole Tyme Produce Inc. is expanding its in-house Customer Service team in Saint Charles, MO. This full-time, in-office hourly position runs Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with weekly pay. You will handle calls, inquiries, orders, and record-keeping while supporting the sales team and CRM updates.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, reliability, and excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Address inquiries, process requests, and resolve complaints with sales and management.
• Enter and process customer orders received by phone, voicemail, and email, with confirmation.
• Scan and maintain records of invoices, manifests, POs, bills, and related documents.
• Update CRM with customer inquiries to support sales and relationships.
