United Fulfillment Solutions, Inc. in Des Peres, MO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the in-house liaison for multiple client accounts in our 3PL warehouses.

The role requires handling inquiries by web, email, and phone, coordinating with other departments to meet service standards, and maintaining accurate records. In-office Monday–Friday with weekly pay and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using Zendesk CMS.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Fast-paced work environment with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience handling customer inquiries via web, email, and phone.

Responsibilities

• Be a client advocate and coordinate with departments to meet service standards.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve issues via web, email, and phone.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare reports for customer satisfaction and inventory management.
• Assist in process improvement based on daily interactions.
• Provide coverage for coworkers and support the finance team with chargebacks.
• Support co-workers when absent and perform additional duties as needed.
