Job summary

Ole Tyme Produce Inc. is expanding its in-house Customer Service team in Saint Charles, MO. This full-time, in-office hourly position runs Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with weekly pay. You will handle calls, inquiries, orders, and record-keeping while supporting the sales team and CRM updates.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, reliability, and excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Ole Tyme Produce is growing—and looking to add to our in-house Customer Service Team! This is a Monday-Friday, in-office and hourly role, with a schedule of 8am to 5pm.

Duties

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression for customers.
• Address customer inquiries, process requests, and resolve complaints by coordinating with management and the sales team.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone, voicemail, and email, providing confirmation upon completion.
• Scan and maintain records of daily customer invoices, driver manifests, purchase orders, bills of lading, grower/shipper/broker invoices, and expense invoices.
• Update and manage customer inquiries in the CRM system to support sales and customer relationship management.
