Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, order management, or call center roles.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders with accuracy and handle changes, cancellations, credits, and returns.
• Provide timely information on product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Handle high volume inbound calls and emails with professionalism.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and escalate complex issues.
