Job summary

Harcros Chemicals is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via email, phone, and in person to ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment.

You will coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and shipping teams, manage order entry, check inventory, and provide customers with status updates while upholding company standards and ESOP values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic math for discounts and percentages.
• Proficiency with computers and office software.
• Ability to manage orders and payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume emails and calls, process sales orders.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Process orders, verify inventory, and generate shipping docs.
• Provide order status updates and maintain documentation.
• Assist with invoices, credit memos, and payments checks.
• Coordinate shipments to branches and customers.
